Job Description

Work Setup

Hybrid (must be amenable to work onsite if needed)Location: Pasong Tamo, Makati CitySchedule: Day Shift (8am-5pm)

6- months Project base

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year Business course, Statistics, and its equivalentComputer literate and knows SAP and MS toolsGood product knowledgeGood communication and negotiation skillsGood understanding of pricing dynamicsAnalytical and flexibleAt least 6 months - 2 years of related experience (Supply Planning)

Responsibilities:

1. Supply and Demand Planning

Assist Supply Coordination Manager in negotiations with suppliers (local and from abroad) of Lubricants, Special Fluids, and Packaging Materials on product requirements, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supply contracts considering a wide range of factors.Coordinates with Specialties Division their Sales forecasts to attain as a team the company's volume and profit objectiveSpearheads planning of bulk deliveries and finish goods replenishment to ensure aligned production and replenishment plan without disrupting sales activities

2. Supply Monitoring for all Specialties Inventory

To provide inventory outlook per product category/ per packaging & ensure availability of products based on sales forecastSource of information on the inventory status of products (Physical & System). Responsible to avoid delays in invoicing/system stock out due to late uploading of system stocksManage supplier commitment and delivery schedules to ensure precise availability as well as accurate inventory managementInitiates the month end inventory recon with Warehouse, Accounting Department, and 3rd party suppliers/toilers

3. Supply Analysis

To assist the Supply Coordination Manager to minimize cost in the procurement of products and avoid high inventory of slow moving productsProvides data analytics and recommendations on how to improve product inventory and costProvides records of supply orders, receipts and sales of various product linesSource of accurate product costing inclusive of all related expenses for importation, production, hauling etc.

4. Execution of guidelines and procedures of proper documentation of purchases, duty payments, VAT and other taxes, supplier payments, MIGO, PID, etc.

Salary Range:

P 20,000 - P 30,000
