EMAPTA is looking for a highly organized, efficient, and capable team of Paralegals to support one of our growing clients in Makati.

An ideal Paralegal is someone who cares about their customers, follows the best practice processes and enjoys reviewing documentation.
No legal experience required, all training is provided! We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working online; drafting correspondence; learning new skills and information; individuals who always strive for excellence.
As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal administrative support to your onshore partners and your clients.
You shall be responsible for:
• First and foremost to provide high-quality legal customer service to clients of the firm
• Follow best practice IDA Paralegal communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Contribute to a positive working environment
• Assisting on all hearing loss related legal matters.
• To be self-sufficient and responsible for the management of legal files from inception to completion under the supervision of a Solicitor.
• Be proactive in assisting other paralegals and solicitors to meet the needs of the organization.
• Working within routines, methods and procedures where some discretion and judgment is required.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Processing of forms and legal documents
• Actively participate in continuous improvement strategies of the organization.
• Managing correspondence by preparing legal documents from precedents
• Ensuring filing is conducted in a timely & accurate manner
• Arranging appointments on behalf of clients and solicitors.
• Be organized, productive and consistent in meeting activity and quality standards
• Liaise with clients by providing information on the services of Industrial Deafness Australia, obtaining clear and precise instructions from clients and providing clients with regular updates as to the status of their legal file via phone and email
about you:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No legal experience required- All training is provided.
• Driven and task orientated.
• High level of commitment to customer service
• Ability to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers in a professional and courteous way
• Sound numerical, literacy skills
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Touch typing speed of +50wpm
