The Role
As a Client Engagement Officer, you are responsible to engage Business Banking clients through voice and digital channels to drive product sales, deliver portfolio actions or comply with internal requirements.
How you'll contribute
Drive Sales – Proactive outbound calling to existing customers to introduce and promote full Business Banking product and service suite. Depending on the product, sales may be directly closed by the job holder or referred to the on-location sales team to closeCustomer Engagement – Ensure periodic co
ntact with Business Banking clients to build relationships, verify co
ntact details, gather market intelligence and create sales opportunities. Perform welcome calls or new product co
nfirmation calls.Market Intelligence – Gather market trends or client insights (e.g. wallet sizing) in the course of co
