GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Commercial Finance Manager serves as Finance Business Partner and provide financial decision support to management, Sales and Marketing teams. He / She is expected to provide monthly profitability analysis to report and track business performance by Area / Customer / Brand and provide commercial financial insights to improve business and profit performance.

Assists with the review of mo
nthly P&L by area/customer/brand with Sales and Marketing teamsWorks with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand key drivers of P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Prepares and analyzes mo
nthly P&L reports by area/customer/brand for management reporting.Prepares updated Price Lists for new SKUs and price changes for Natio
nal and Key Accounts as needed.Prepares Feasibility Analyses to e
valuate profitability of planned programs and major promotions to assist with management's decision-making.Mo
nitors and e
valuates Profitability of Key Programs by preparing periodic program P&L. Assists in identifying key elements and recommends ways to maximize profitability and/or reduce expenses.Leads and manages special projects and ad hoc analysis as required
• Cross-Functional Performance
Leads regular meetings with GT and MT Sales Directors and rea/Key Account Managers on Profitability Review by Area and Customer.Leads regular meetings with Marketing Director and Brand Managers on Profitability Review by Brand/SKU.Coordinates with Marketing and Sales on preparation of updated/new Price Lists.Coordinates with Sales and Marketing teams on alignment of assumptions and inputs to prepare Feasibility Analyses for Key Programs and Promotions, as well as post-program e
valuation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of BSAccountancy, preferably CPA.With at least 5 years experience in Commercial Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis, including management reporting, variance analysis and sensitivity analysis.Highly Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel. With knowledge of Oracle or other ERPsystems. With leadership skills, high attention to details, confidentiality, proactiveness and resilience.Preferably with work experience in an FMCG company/industryWilling to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid work arrangement)This is an urgent hiring, priority shall be given to qualified candidates who are available to start the soonest
