Job Description

The Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related coursesPreferable a Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA)Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate systemGood command of the oral and written languageComputer LiterateGood interpersonal relationship
