Job Description

Process Inbound calls/chat relating to customer queries.Process customer request as per guidelines.Adherence to process Quality and Compliance GuidelinesReceive calls from passenger for various issues and work on application software.Make outbound calls to customers (seldom)All deliverables related to staffing adherence and Attendance are met.To provide language customer support & transaction processing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least a high school graduateWith at least 6 months BPO ExperiencePreferably w/ airline industry experience but not required (Thru flight attendant ground crew, ETC)Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends & HolidaysAmenable to work in AlabangMust have good to excellence communication skillsGood written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSavvy in computer and internet navigation
