You will provide great customer support experience for our roster of clients by engaging them through inbound questions via various channels. To do well in this role, you must be comfortable in communicating in English and have the ability to multi-task. The daily activities:·             Acknowledging and responding promptly to clients’ inquiries via calls, live-chats and/or emailsGuiding customers through order taking, troubleshooting and/or navigating through company sites·             Reviewing client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, refunds, and other account related items·             De-escalating situations involving clients with concerns and/or offer further support ·             Ensuring customer satisfaction by building engagement to going the extra mile·             Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times·             Willing to work onsite in a night-shift scheduleThe must haves:·               Previous work experience in a customer support role·               Fluent in English / Strong communication skills (verbal and written)·               Organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to multi-task·               Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office·               A team player and is motivated to get things done!·               A college or university graduate - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!·               Can start ASAP! What we offer:Highly collaborative and nurturing environment·              Competitive salary package (Php20,000 – Php30,000) *negotiable depending on work experience. Night Differential Pay and Overtime Pay (in accordance with DOLE guidelines)·              Upon regularization: HMO, Group Life Insurance, Vacation & Sick Leave Credits and Health and Wellness Product CreditsVariable bonus based on company performance
