Responsibilities:
Timely act upon the resolution of identified customer disputes by working with external and internal parties, leading the resolution efforts and preparing the analysis when needed (or required)Re-start efforts on collections that are outside the typical cases and have been set aside by collectorsSupport the activity of the collectors – create analysis, provide guidance, direction on next steps and issue resolutio

Requirements:
Strong communication and interperso
nal skills2-3 years work experience in Accounts Receivable, with exposure to at least 1-2years in Dispute ManagementFor Sr Analyst, 3-5 years work experience in Collections or Accounts Receivables (business to business) for a North America or a Global Company, or combined with Customer Service experience supporting N.A. CustomersProven analytical and have strong eye for details, essential in Problem Solving (dispute resolution)Must have positive attitude and focus on customer-service.Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to deliver results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressureHighly trainable in use of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI- is a plusHighly trainable and adaptable in learning the use of various business tools essential in investigating of disputes, like Oracle (EBS, DONNA), CPQ, Partnerweb, LES/SMS, etc…Ability to set priorities/initiatives to complete daily workAbility to handle large volume of email communications and phone calls.
