The Finish Goods Warehouse Manager oversees the overall warehouse process and ensures on-time delivery of items to requesting departments. Further, coordinates with other warehouses and logistics for the loading and delivery of items. Reports to the Top Management for any updates and concerns regarding the warehousing operation.

Job Description

Maintains overall warehousing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.Strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SafetyEnsure stock availability is within standards, maintain efficient inventory levels to meet daily production needs, and control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system. Achieves business financial objectives by maintaining optimal operations (facilities, and manpower by the prescribed budget per the warehouse. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
