The primary accountabilities of the Community Center Coordinator (CCC)/Area Coordinator are:
Ensure quality, focused and timely implementation of all field interventions/goals that the center is expected to deliver.Supervise all people, financial and administrative functions for the center.Manage and nurture critical stakeholder engagements (internal and external) that support effective implementation. Be the principal l
ink between the community center team and the Central Office.Strictly observe co
nfidentiality and strong ethics with respect to all beneficiary information/financial and other organizatio

Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in: Social Science, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration. Significant relevant experience may be co
nsidered in lieu of a degree in certain cases.Preferably Licensed Social Worker.Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and in managing and supervising intricate and complex programs and spo
nsor relations activities/work in the community. Well experienced in community work, specifically in child/youth welfare & social work interventions.Has effectively led and engaged people to maximize team and individual performance through alignment with the Organization's values, mission and attainment of strategic and operatio
