Job Description

CI Agency Community Centers / Area Centers are the hub of all direct implementation with our sponsored children and youth. 

The primary accountabilities of the Community Center Coordinator (CCC)/Area Coordinator are:

Ensure quality, focused and timely implementation of all field interventions/goals that the center is expected to deliver.Supervise all people, financial and administrative functions for the center.Manage and nurture critical stakeholder engagements (internal and external) that support effective implementation. Be the principal link between the community center team and the Central Office.Strictly observe confidentiality and strong ethics with respect to all beneficiary information/financial and other organizational data. Comply with and ensure adherence to the agency’s policies, safety and security protocols and child safeguarding norms and guidelines by all stakeholders both internal and external Promote diversity and inclusion, value other cultures, and demonstrate respect while relating with all organizational constituents irrespective of their race, color, faiths, gender, sexual orientation, age, caste, disabilities, experiences, beliefs and ethnicity.

Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in: Social Science, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration. Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in certain cases.Preferably Licensed Social Worker.Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and in managing and supervising intricate and complex programs and sponsor relations activities/work in the community. Well experienced in community work, specifically in child/youth welfare & social work interventions.Has effectively led and engaged people to maximize team and individual performance through alignment with the Organization's values, mission and attainment of strategic and operational goals.Demonstrates ability to manage staff's performance & potentials thru effective feedbacking and coaching.Resilient to change and can effectively lead people through change and by example.Can build a collaborative and inclusive working relationship in a team.With good and tactful communication skills, documentation, writing correspondence and report, Presentation Skills, Listening & comprehension skills. both in local and English languages.Skilled in the use of MS Office, social media, digital learning tools, online & software applications.Possess good interpersonal skills with proven ability to deal tactfully and build effective relationships with people across levels, both internally and externally.With high emotional Intelligence; self-motivated and proactive with a high level of compassion, empathy and integrity. Willing to work in part of Albay.
