Reviews company policy and ensure all applicable permits and licenses are secured to co
nduct its business;Mo
nitors and ensures compliance with all the submission of reports with government agencies and local government units;Liaises with local government units and government agencies on the applicable permits and licenses of the company;Co
nducts internal mo
nitoring and audit on the implementation of activities and programs of exploration, mining operation, community development plans and enviro
nmental and safety programs to ensure that the approved programs are strictly implemented and, takes appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness; Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other employees to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends;Provides significant input in the preparation and filing of mandatory requirements for Application of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA), Exploration Permit Application (EXPA), DMPF and other mining applications and other compliances such as EPEP, FMRDP, SDMP, SHP, FS, etc.
