Job Responsibilities:
To manage and implement the company’s business strategy, policies and set goals for growth
To meet production targets of silica materials ordered by clients at most efficient/effective cost
To manage and ensure employees work performance, work attitude, responsibilities and exercise of authority are in accordance with good management standards.
To be a role model of good and professional leadership to employees in order to have a professionally cohesive/ motivated team of qualified career employees that will further strengthen and ensure the future growth of the Company
To achieve above average employee performance/productivity through good/effective teamwork
To increase 3rd party sales of silica materials to various industries, both raw silica and process silica
To oversee day-to-day operations of the company and work closely with on-site managers and employees
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree
Must have at least 10 years of experience in a leadership position gained from mining or related industry
Must be analytical and has above average entrepreneurial skills
Must be willing to be assigned in Negros Oriental
