ment GIS solutions for tenders and projects as required.Process, disseminate and maintain project spatial data and GIS applications as deployed. Assist in promoting the use of company GIS suite of products (ArcGIS and VertiGIS Studio) across projects.Co
ntribute to the development of custom spatial tools (ETL, FME and VertiGIS Workflow 5) and as needed by projects’ teams.Assist in the development of adequate docu
mentation such as training material, standards and procedures for the use of spatial tools and systems.Deliver support and discipline-tailored training sessions as needed on tenders and projects.Research and testing other spatial engineering tools that are compatible and useful to the companyUtilise and testing mobile, desktop and server-ba
sed applications that are compatible with the CPB Co
ntractors Spatial systemProvide timely technical project support in the spatial engineering areas of GIS Solutions, Asset Management, Mobile Mapping and other spatial related applications with efficient turnaround time.
Business Relationship
Engage proactively with the Company GIS teams and the Business Unit’s stakeholders.Collaborate with the wider Digital Engineering Group for the success of the teams’ initiatives.
Governance
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.Co
ntribute to instituting the GIS standardisation of processes as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Surveying, or Applied GeographyMinimum 5 years’ experience in spatial applications on multi-disciplinary construction, mining, services or engineering projects.High-level competency and experience in ArcGIS and Geocortex suites of products.Strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to self-manage with a flexible and adaptable approachStrong verbal and written communication
