ntractual and commercial analysis of the project.For Dispute Arbitration Board (DAB) or similar non-litigation mechanism for dispute resolution, PrCM is required to support preparation of DAB files, referral notes along with substantial evidences and active participation in the process before the adjudication board or similar board.For litigation process handled by Legal Team, PrCM will support on request Legal team or external counselMust be able to travel up to 20% to 30% of the time.
