Duties & Responsibilities
1. Oversees the overall operation of the clinic.
2. Design and implement strategies and workflow to help the clinic meet organizational and departmental goals.
3. Monitors and takes appropriate actions in handling customer complaints and feedback.
4. Train newly hired/reliever medical staff
5. evaluates, develop, and implements best practices, operational processes, and system configuration within DOH regulation,
6. Oversees the activities of the Medical Records Team and ensures that the appointment, report, and audit functions are effectively carried out.
7. Signs Medical Certificate
8. Authorizes request for confirmatory procedures for further assessment of a client.
9. Assesses the fitness of the Examinee based on recommendation and findings of the specialist.
10. Performs physical examination if necessary
Job Qualifications:
o Licensed Physician
Or
o Licensed Medical Allied majors (BS Nursing/ BS Medical Technology)
o Experienced working in a clinical or healthcare setting
o Background in Local/OFW Clinic
o QMS Awareness
o Analytical thinking and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
o Must be customer service oriented
o Good written and verbal communication
o Organized and detail-oriented
o Leadership skill is required
