Work Overview:

We offer a new service called Financial Mosaic. It is a first of its kind that is accessible to a much broad range of people. This service is sold to and paid for by employers for the benefit of their employees. Our service is to provide personal comprehensive financial planning, financial education, and investment advice to every employee of the company. This is a service that is often unaffordable for many employees but much needed and we’re providing it at a fraction of the price of our competitors. We are in the business of helping people develop a clear picture of their financial future and help them achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Information gathering from clients on all aspects of their financial lives (via video call)

• Identify client needs, priorities, and goals

• Present financial plans to clients Key Attributes:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services/investment industry

• Passionate about helping people

• Conversational and “people person”

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work

• Strong grasp of numbers and financial concepts • Excellent professional demeanor and communication (verbal and written)

• Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to follow procedures and also sense when exceptions may be needed

• Strong computer skills

• Presentation skills

Education:

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
