Job Description:

We're looking for a Treasury Senior Specialist to join our world-class Treasury Operations team and safeguard our cash assets through a robust control environment and excellence in operational execution on a global basis. You will be responsible of writing requirements and specifications, define test plan, and test scenarios, execute system testing, perform data analysis to support system implementation and enhancements, bank integration and process re-engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze file formats from multiple systems and define mapping specificationsAnalyze systems and business processes and clearly document data and process flows, data mapping, and data transformation rulesDefine test plan, test matrices, test scenarios, and test casesExecute testing of systems, mappers, processes, and interfaces with banks and third-party vendorsProduce quality documents including business processes and controls, business requirements, data mapping specifications, user stories, user guides, and training materialsSupport the Technical Lead in the investigation and analysis of operational problemsSupport the Technical Lead in all Transformation Projects (e.g., TOAM, Treasury Payments Hub (TPH), Quarterly Cash Report enhancement, etc.)Act as System Admin for Kyriba

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in areas of business analyst, data analyst, system testingFinancial industry experience in areas of Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Payments, or AccountingExperience with data mapping analysis, specifications, and testingExperience with payment file formats including XML and SWIFT ISO20022 file formatsDemonstrated proficiency in MS Excel; experience with using and writing Excel macros an assetExperience with Power BI an assetStrong problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to effectively articulate complex problems and concepts to a business audienceAble to evaluate data to make business recommendationsAble to quickly learn complex concepts, processes, systems and technologies via self-directed investigation, and understand the dependencies between data, systems and processesTechnical knowledge of cash management and banking principles, services and systems in North America is an asset
