Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:Implements and monitors performance measurement activities at the Corporate, Service Group and Department LevelSuccess in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:Monitor the execution of agreed organization-wide, service group and departmental programs, tasks and deliverables within the set time frameConsult with department heads to discuss possible performance metrics and strategies aligned with the Corporate Objectives of the yearOrganize and provide relevant materials required to conduct annual planning sessions at the Nerve Center Group and BOD levelProvide assistance to department heads during planning sessions using a prescribed templateEstablish and maintain the Company’s financial modelConsolidate analysis and insights for the monthly/quarterly performance review reports of the CompanyMaintain records related to performance managementPerform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to timePreferred Qualifications for this role:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Accountancy,Finance, IT or related course.At least 10 years of relevant work experienceHighly analytical and data-drivenHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite, Spreadsheet/Database managementCritical thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work strategically and collaboratively across teamsConfident to effectively interact with senior managementImpeccable project management and interpersonal skillsBenefits of Working in the Company:1.
