JOB ROLE: 

Reviews and coordinates with concerned departments regarding licenses and documentary requirements of the company to ensure compliance of operations with governing bodies, particularly but not limited to the DOH, FDA, DTI, PDEA, LGU and other concerned regulatory bodies.. Requests for Drug Assay of each product at CEDRES or UP-NIH twice a year to ensure that all products are of good quality and complies with claimed dosage strength. Prepares and facilitate applications, and renewal application of LTO. Reports to PDEA regarding the dangerous drugs. Reports to DOH the quarterly inventory. Salary is negotiable 

QUALIFICATION  

Proven work experience as a regulatory Pharmacist 

With 1- 2yrs experience and with active license 

Preferably Pharmacist
