JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Regulatory experienced with FDA at least 5 years in importer/distributor company or work in the FDA as dossiers evaluator for 3 yearsProfound knowledge of FDA regulation, GMP,ACTD dossiers & CPR processingPossession of Professional Pharmacist LicenseSolid knowledge of Technical Aspect of ACTD Dossiers Individually capable of handling regulatory issues with FDA and foreign partnersPrevious work experience in FDA will be a big plusGood compensation and handsome yearly bonus packageMedical Insurance package, food and transport allowancesRESPONSIBILITIES:Overall responsible for regulatory issues with FDA PhilippinesWorks with FDA on Product registration & other regulatory requirements Technical Reviewing of ACTD dossiers for its compliance with FDA standardProper management of regulatory issues of the companyManagement, Preparation & submission of Product registrations documents to FDASupport & promote good relation with regulatory institution & other related organizationsKeeping abreast of new FDA Regulatory guidelines.
