Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Asia Investment Product team and take charge of successfully developing and executing investment product offerings across all lines of business. They will use their expertise to manage product innovation, product creation, pricing, platform selection, as well as rationalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Settle Platform invoices and charge them to the funds or other entities as requiredAnnually update the Fund Platform Dealing & Dividend calendar and business daysInput/Review fund related data for third party vendor templates (e.g., Allfunds, Fundinfo etc)Coordinate the quote and renewal of the Fund’s Board of Directors liability insurance policy with the insurance agent.Coordinate with Citi Fund Corporate services/Management Company/Board/Manulife stakeholders on execution of legal agreements, resolutions, SLA’s, certificate of residence, fee letters. etc.Coordinate updating of platform websites for annual accounts, prospectus, notices etc.Coordinate fund tax reclaims as well as resolution of tax related items with vendorsSupport adhoc queries from the sales teams on platform specific data/informationSupport redemption detail filing into regulators.Coordinate and support annual filing with the regulators with respect to dividends, registration of share classes etc. for e.g., annual filing with the HMRC for UK registered fundsSupport queries from countries on funds, lodgment of local prospectuses and funds, annual due diligence, and compliance checksSupport finalization of the annual platform TER budgetAssist in developing and publication of the annual value for money report for the UCITs platformCoordinate adhoc/periodic due diligence on entities related to the platformProvide support for conducting of the AGM’s, review of AGM notices etc.Provide technical support to the Investment Product & Platform team when requiredEngage with stakeholders in HK, Europe & US to deliver BAU reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, etc.Fundamental understanding of unit trust/mutual funds is requiredPrior country specific, local asset management experience, knowledge of product structures, UCITS domiciled within Luxembourg, Cayman and Hong Kong jurisdictions is desirable.2+ years of working experience in Asset Management/Investment Fund industryExperience in product management would be advantageousStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office tools and other investment industry standard data sourcesFluent in oral and written English
