JOB SUMMARY
evaluates individual life insurance applications. Approves cases within the set authority limits. Recommends decision / requirements for cases beyond their authority. Ensures that policy and data encoded in the system are accurate and complete. Performs administrative tasks like preparation of report, process refund request /check
preparation including payment to providers for medical expenses incurred on applications with medical requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Perform data entry related duties for all lines of businesses.
2. Ensures information encoded in the system are accurate.
3. Perform UW evaluation /assessment for clean cases/non-medical NB applications through Auto- UW up to Non-Medical Authority Limit.
4. Provide administrative support.
• Daily monitoring of NB applications
• Updates on the report status including follow-up of pending requirements
• Coordination of schedule for medical test with our providers.
• Tagging of NTO, INCOMPLETE, POSTPonED and DECLINED
• Process the refund of premium payment for cancelled /rejected paid applications
5. Collaboration with Sales counterparts on how we can assist and improve process and TATs
