Basic Functions:

Follow up with patients MD to receive MD order/prescription so patient can receive services asap.Update tracker immediately as change happens or new information is received.Excellent communication with team members including the Business Development Liaison and/or referral source to update on patient status.

Amenable to work at Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong, CityWith BPO experience is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Maintains confidentiality of program and patient information
