You will be responsible for delivering category growth in the retail channel via:High brand visibility in-storeChannel-relevant sku assortmentEffective in-store activation and promotion strategy You will be collaborating heavily with the marketing team. Your direct reports will include a Senior Trade Marketing Officer and Visual Merchandising Specialist. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Retail.Responsibilities:Taking ownership and responsibility for the development, execution, performance and post-evaluation of all retail channel programs designed to increase presence and generate shopper offtake.Work with marketing to translate marketing plans into actionable retail sales action points.Assess the financial viability of initiatives by correlating the investments with the projected sales and make recommendations based on the agreed financial thresholds.Analyze total category performance in retail to identify opportunities to improve sales.Help in ensuring all innovations are launched in the relevant channels, monitoring placement and distribution.Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link marketing activities with the activities of the retail channel team team.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store initiatives to determine whether these meet the company' objectives.To oversee new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms and etc.Report and provide counter activities of competitors in trade.Qualifications:Graduate of any four-year course.Must have at least 3 years experience in trade marketing or channel marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.At least 1 year experience in leading and supervising a direct report.A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising and the right mix of promotions.Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional and/or merchandising activities.Must possess the leadership skills to lead project teams in achieving project objectives.Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence.Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.Willing to work in Laguna/QC office.
