MAIN FUNCTIONS: 

Be able to consistently hit the collection efficiency target on monthly basis.Strict implementation and compliance of credit & collection policies especially during the clearing of releases and settlement of the accounts.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: 

Strict compliance on the completeness and accuracy of the documents submitted by SCs prior to the releasing of the unit.  Immediate submission of complete documents to banks or SOA to company with credit terms to facilitate immediate processing of payment and monitors or follows up collection of proceeds and other related collectibles. Performs regular follow up with banks or customers for pending accounts especially those exceeding beyond the average 15 days term. Handles temporary cashiering for any branch in the absence of cashier or availability of replacement thereof.Performs adequate and regular credit evaluation of service clients to ensure credit-worthiness. Performs initial credit investigation for qualified service clients who signifies intention to avail of company’s credit facilities or dealership financing agreement.Monitors all internal transactions (parts and service) and performs adjustment prior to month-end closing of books for FS preparation. Safekeeping of service and parts invoices including proper filing and maintenance of issued invoices. Reviews and witnesses scrapping disposal of service/parts once requested during cleaning up scrap or obsolete items. Ensures proceeds are receipted by the Cashier as well and recognized properly in the books.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting and Commerce or equivalentWith at least 1-2 years work experience or trainings related to the jobWilling to travel and open-minded in working during holidays(with pay) and no issues on multitasking of functions if needed Must be computer literate
