1. Implement the Operations Manual that governs the operations

2. Prepare requisition of medical supplies

3. Prepare specimens for testing, storage and transportation to confirmatory laboratory, if needed

4. Perform accurate analysis of urine specimen

5. Ensure implementation of preventive actions necessary to maintain satisfactory operation and performance of the laboratory

6. Maintain manual and electronic records of results with utmost confidentiality and accuracy

7. Make individual report of results and release test results to examinees as scheduled

8. Prepare results and list of summary of examinees for HR-Info Support

9. Ensure accreditation of the laboratory to DOH, license to operate and its renewal on time

10. Participate in Proficiency Testing conducted by the National Reference Laboratory thru DOH

11. Prepare documentary requirements of DT kits for validation to CHD

12. Prepare request for payment of Head of Lab 

Requirements:

Licensed Medical Technologist with valid PRC ID Full-time regular RMT who is willing to undergo staff development and CPD Proof of Immunization (Hepatitis, Influenza and Covid-19)
