EMAPTA is looking for a Client Concierge to join our team.
Our Client-Partner:
Join our client-partner who provides investment management and financial planning services to individual investors (most often high net worth investors). They are passionate about providing both superior performance and exceptional customer service. They have a history of success and are looking for candidates to help them continue delivering this exceptional service.
Job Description:
• Manage process of prospects becoming an investment client, including data collection, new account set up, processing paperwork, etc.
• All aspects of providing exceptional client service as it relates to investment clients, including processing withdrawals, additional investments, client inquiries, etc.
• Coordinate various regular communications to clients
• Maintain updated and accurate client records
• Coordinate materials and meetings
• Process service requests as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the team leader
• Will handle the wealth management side of the business
Key Attributes:
• 2-5 years of experience in financial services/investment industry
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Excellent professional demeanor and communication (verbal and written)
• Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong computer skills
Education:
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
