Job Summary: The Product Development Specialist shall ensure the efficient and effective implementation of RAFI Microfinance’s product development activities, specifically those directly assigned to him/her. He/She shall be supervised by the Product Development Officer. The Product Development Specialist shall also be monitoring and tracking progress of the implementation of the product development project assigned to him/her and shall provide support in the team. He/She shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of reportorial documents and updates of every product development project. Moreover, the Product Development Specialist shall also be responsible in ensuring that the planned product development projects have been implemented and done in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ManagementAt least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably has experience with community work and is able to engage with the community as well as with different Local Government Units and Agencies. Has at least 1 year of experience and knowledge in product development and research, preferably in the micro-finance industry. Corporate experience is also considered. Must be willing to travel regularly in the entire Philippines.
