Events Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

Work with the product & client-facing teams and write development specifications based on overall vision and client requirementsManage development teams to ensure on specifications & on time delivery of requirementsManage customer support to ensure client concerns are properly addressedExecute BTL Projects, production of events, activations, and brand promotions through planning, implementation, and controlCoordinate and negotiate with partners, vendors, talents, and suppliersSource out effective and reliable quality suppliers and talentsHandle project budget and timetable managementConduct pre-production planning, post-production/post mortem and logistics preparationHandle event proper execution & post-project servicingOverall team play and collaboration within Sales and Marketing/Project Team/ProductionProvide administrative assistance to Project Managers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising Management or its equivalentAbove average coordination and time management skillsExcellent problem solving skillsStrong analytical and planning skillsExperience in handling various events is a big advantageComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsGood verbal and written communication skillsCustomer Service ManagementProduct requirements & specificationsGood organizational skillsAble to establish good Vendor ManagementProficient in Administrative ManagementEffective leaderMust have analytical mindsetAn excellent team playerAgility and flexibility to adapt to ever changing requirementsFast learner and can work with minimal supervisionWell organized in record keeping management
