Respond to customer service inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the customer needs. This may include, among others, inquiries or co
ncerns on their benefits, eligibility and claimsGuide and educate the customer a
bout the fundamentals and benefits of co
nsumer - driven health care topics to help manage their health and well-being. To do this, you will provide guidance in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing a quality care providerIntervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or co
nnections with internal specialists for assistance, when needed Provide our customer real time resolutions or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member Comply with the terms and co
nditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Valid and unrestricted US RN licenseMinimum of 2 years hospital experience in a critical care unit (ICU/Medical-Surgical/Telemetry)Clinical competence in understanding hospital care and care coordinatio
