Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation of H&S initiatives, including clinic procedures, to ensure overall wellness and welfare of the entire organization
· Support Facilities Team in conducting risk management and site inspection to ensure health and safety of the entire organization
· Communicate H&S incidents, accidents and complaints to increase awareness to ePerformax employees
· Report top cases of illnesses, sent home and health break reasons to identify H&S topics for the following month
· Conduct quarterly and/or ADHOC H&S meetings/discussion with programs and departments quarterly to ensure all H&S issues are addressed
· Facilitate H&S informative sessions and/or orientation such as but not limited to HMO Coverage, ERT, etc.
· Uphold company mission, policies and procedures and serve as role model to team members by modeling the company’s values of honesty, trustworthiness, truthfulness, and respect in all actions.
· Implement supportive and preventive health programs to raise awareness on current health issues and preventable diseases
· Facilitate learning in occupational safety and health training
· Assist the H&S team in creating and submitting reports
· Assess effectiveness of supportive and preventive health programs
· Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions.
Requirements:
· 4-year college degree in any field
· At least 2 years experience working as an Occupational & Safety Health Practitioner
· DOLE- OSH Practitioner accreditation required
· Finished the 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety & Health Training (certificate required)
· Finished Basic Life Support and First Aid Training
· Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
· Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends and holidays)
