Employee Health Care
Provides first aid treatments and proper medications to employees and clients as needed;Assists the Company Physician during the co
nsultation of employees;Facilitates carrying out of Company Physician’s requests or orders such as but not limited to accomplishment and coordination of any necessary diagnostics work-ups;Accompanies the injured and sick employee to the nearest hospital or clinic;Observes and record the symptoms and co
nditions of the patients;Maintains medical and other related records of all employees;Organizes Annual Physical Examination of all employees;Checks diagnostic test results and medical certificates; Examines and makes sure that the sick employees are fit to work;Mo
nitors absence patterns especially sick leaves and visits employees’ homes if needed;Mo
nitors inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies on a mo
nthly basis;Collaborates with Health and Safety Committee and Employee Engagement Section to develop programs and services; Collaborates with Talent and Development Section in co
nducting First Aid Training and Wellness Programs for employees;

Process employees for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and group life insurance which includes enrollment and deletion.; Coordinates with health care insurance brokers in the facilitation of the company's health care needsProcess payment of HMO and insuranceProcess various financial assistance requests and Company donations to different institutions

Educational Attainment:
Bachelor’s degree in NursingLicensed Nurse
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
At least Two (2) years of nursing experience in the related field.
