The Workforce Management & Analytics Officer is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance update of the operations scheduling system. He/she collates key staffing statistics on a daily basis and provides both technical and administrative support to all units and departments of the professional services and to the service operations division. He/she determines, directs and approves staff pull-out and staff overtime following set parameters and guidelines. He/she also recommends and implements continuous quality improvement strategies within the department.Qualification:Graduate of any four year Course.With at least 4 years of work experience in workforce and operation support administration on a supervisory level.Proven skills in data analysis and interpretation.Can work harmoniously with several departments with good interpersonal and communication skills.Can work on-site in Makati Area.
