Responsible for providing admin support to the different departments in the Chain office.Mans the reception to welcome & assist visitors.Serves as the Chain office nurse, and attends to employees who would need medical assistance.Office supplies, mobile bin key custodianProvides support to other departments with their logistical and admin support needs.Processes payment of bills for utilities such as electricity, telephones, and building dues.Attends to other admin support tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Outline the major job duties and responsibilities for this position, beginning with the most important.Clinic and Safety OfficerManning of reception for Chain officeLogistical and admin support for a specific project or activityDo a monthly inventory of office suppliesPreparation of documents in template format for internal and external requirements.
