JOB DEscriptION

Will report directly to the management and take ownership on strategic M&A planning, execution, and post-M&A management.Will be the key person to evaluate external growth opportunities and potential targets for the Group with an in-depth understanding of the industry and country markets in the regionConduct project analysis and propose transaction structureSupport the M&A transactions from the initial phase to field visit and to the closing of the transactionLead/participate in the negotiations with the targets and partners and closelycoordinate for the post transaction integrationCoordinating with technical experts both internally and externally (bankers, audit firms, legal departments, HR and others)

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or management from top tier schoolsMUST have 4-7 years of solid M&A deal working experiences in SEA with proven track recordFull investment cycle and/or operational finance experience preferredExcellent communication skills is required and fluency in other language within the region will be a plus
