Duties and Responsibilities:

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operationsParticipating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunitiesObserving and learning from experienced staffTaking detailed notes and liaising with managers, supervisors, and other senior staffPreparing documents and updating recordsLearning about conflict resolution and sitting in our disciplinary hearingsTraveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required
