Founded on June 5, 2000, PMM Works, Inc. (Power, Manufacturing and Marine Works, Inc.) a company duly registered corporation engage in the design, construction and maintenance of diesel and heavy fuel power plant, manufacturing of machine grout and polyurethane castable products and marine works (shipbuilding and ship repair). We are involved in powerplant Engineering, Procurement & Construction/Civil & Structural System/Mechanical & Piping System/Elecytical Instument & Control System/Maintenance & Operation/Marine Engineering in Shipbuilding & Repair/ Design & Manufacture of Castable Polyurthane Products, non shrink epoxy grount and backing compound.
A.POWER GENERATION:
CIVIL WORKS
•Provide civil engineering detailed drawings, estimates, design data, site inspection, test certificate and obtain necessary approvals.
•Plan & execute site development.
•Design and construction of foundations, concrete slabs, ramps, containment wall, sump pit, and others.
•Design and construction of powerhouse building, electrical/control building, and others.
•Overhead crane/mono rail installation.
•Plumbing and sanitary installation, below & above ground.
•Drainage and sewage system installation.
•Design, fabrication, and erection of superstructures like, pipe bridge & crossover, smoke stack structure, engine & auxiliary platforms and others.
•Power plant paving, surfacing, and landscaping works.
MECHANICAL WORKS
•Provide mechanical engineering detailed drawings, estimates, design data, site inspection, test certificate and obtain necessary approvals.
•Installation and maintenance of power generating sets, diesel & steam driven plants.
•Design and installation of industrial ventilation and air conditioning.
•Exhaust valve cages reconditioning for all types / brand of engines.
•Servicing of power plant auxiliaries.
•Operation and maintenance of generating sets.
•Design, fabrication, and installation of piping and ducting works including its structural support.
•Design, fabrication, and erection of chimney/smoke stack.
•Design and installation of industrial and marine hydraulic systems & controls.
•Industrial insulation and cladding works.
•Belt conveyor maintenance.
•Mill and crusher installation / rehabilitation.
•Machine shop works.
•Cylinder liner honing / deglazing
•Epoxy coating and painting.
Design and fabrication of conveyor pulley, carrier return and impact roller
ELECTRICAL WORKS
•Provide electrical engineering detailed drawings, estimates, design data, site inspection, test certificate and obtain necessary approvals.
•Electrical and instrumentation works as follows:
- Control panel installation.
- HV system works.
- MV system works.
- LV system works.
- DC system works.
- Connection with utility.
- Plant electrification and earthing.
