Account Officer - Credit

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any 4-year courseWork experience in the same field is an advantageHas good interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientationAttention to detail, resourceful, organized, proactive and systematicWilling to do fieldwork

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Implements the marketing drive of the bank to increase the portfolio.

2. Attend to the timely processing of all applications for loans of borrowers, and ensure that all applications shall be rigidly reviewed, examined, and verified to ensure the authenticity of supporting documents

3. Ascertains validity and authenticity of loan application documents and acquires quality loans for effective evaluation of loan application and credit background.

4. Verify the eligibility to apply for a loan, paying capacity, loan deductions, and receivable net loan proceeds

5. Validate all loans duly passed upon the process of verification to ascertain the correctness of the amount of net proceeds, deductions, and loan insurance premiums

6. Ensures efficient and effective monitoring of loans to achieve low to zero past-due rates.

7. Assists in the client retention efforts of the bank thru regular communication with clients for information and updating.

8. Performs fieldwork marketing for collection and promotions

9. Provide intelligent responses to all queries of clients making inquiries about loan products
