JOB DEscriptION
1. Conducts product development trials and design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA) and provides report.
2. evaluates and provides report on alternative and newly developed materials for APII ‘s products’ use.
3. Ensures that there are available Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets for every approved developed products to be provided to customers
4. Conducts comparative evaluation of competitors’ products for bench-marking
5. Conducts pilot runs for newly developed products prior to production’s commercial run to set- up production parameters to achieve desired/specified quality
6. Monitors product quality status during initial production to ensure that products conform to the quality specifications
7. Participates in the root cause/problem solving analysis on non-conforming products especially during production
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, B.S. Pharmacy
At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
Proficient in oral and written communication
Computer literate
