Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Chemistry or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Chemistry or equivalent.MUST BE A LICENSED CHEMIST/CHEM ENG

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Design and DevelopmentDevelops / creates new and alternate product formulations for assigned products.Conducts trial batching of formulated products.Calculates cost of selected products, analyzes formula, and creates optimized formulations to improve and enhance product quality & cost efficiency.Product PerformanceExecutes product testing, verification, and validation on newly developed products.Develops and carries out complex and simple testing programs as required by the organization and other regulatory agencies.Studies other products in the market to benchmark existing product properties in coordination with product researcher and supervisor.Product SpecificationSets standards for RM and FG specifications of the products assigned.Updates raw material and finished goods specifications as appropriate in D 365 system.Updates product TDS & SDS as appropriate to currently released formulations.
