The principal partner Ms. Leonila R. Pascual started her individual practice in 1967 under the firm name L. R. Pascual & Associates. She became a member of various professional organizations such as the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP) and the Philippine Association of Management Accountants (PAMA). Additional partners, Ma. Jovelinda B. Barbacena and Merian Tandingan were admitted subsequently under the former firm name Pascual, Pascual & Co., CPAs.The firm name Barbacena, Tandingan & Co., CPAs was amended with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 15, 2016, with the loss of the principal partner and the admission of additional partners.
