JOB SUMMARY

Manage agricultural operations and conduct in-depth study on all raw lands owned by the corporation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Manage farming operations and recommend agricultural projects optimal for each raw land.Develop relationships with farmers and other relevant institutions that will help strengthen the company's agricultural program.Assign and oversee the daily tasks of farmers while ensuring a good yield.Negotiate deal terms with potential product buyers and third-party vendors.Keep all agricultural lots free of informal settlers and other illegal structures and/or obstructions.Facilitate processing of all agreements and documentation relating to the lease of agricultural properties.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A University degree in Agriculture is preferred. High school diploma is acceptable but must be a member of Barangay Agrarian Reform Council or other similar organizations and have extensive background in farming basic crops (such as rice, corn, wheat and potatoes).
