Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Handles farm reports update and monitoring.
2.Handles all documents and records required by International Organization for Standardization and Customers.
3.Prepare documents related to Food Safety and Quality Management System (ISO 22000:2005), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), GMP and Social Workplace Accountability.
4.Handles all technical support activities for Organization’s Food Safety and Quality Management System.
5.Assist in planning, recommending and implementing improvements on systems and procedures.
6.Assist/facilitate in problem diagnosis and initiates solutions formulation and development.
7.Coordinates with the Group Departments and Organization’s units in systems and procedures review, calibration and enhancement.
8.Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
9.Responsible in evaluation of case studies and training program, and implementation.
10.Handles administrative needs of the Operation Process Management including filing and safekeeping of all files and document, correspondences and appointments and preparation and scheduling of any meeting pertaining Operation Process management function.
11.Function as safety officer and submit annual reports to DOLE.
12.Handles farm petty cash and meal budget and reimbursement.
13.Coordinates with different agencies concerning hiring, disciplinary actions, employees’ benefits, and other related concerns.
14.Perform other duties as assigned.
