The position is responsible for spearheading Creative Research & Development, particularly handling cakes, bread, and pastries activities specifically in the development of new product offerings in accordance with approved Company directions for both local and international assigned SBU.
In constant consultation with Marketing & Technical Services Development for the day-to-day running of the department.
