Assisting in the preparation and file ATC flight plans and ensures that Operatio
nal Flight Plan and all briefing material is provided to operating crews in a timely manner for the briefing at ba

ncerning Flight Dispatch, route manual revisions, ATS procedure, day-to-day instructions, and other flight safety related information which has a direct bearing of the flight planning activities. Provides End-to-end/entry-exit handling services for chartered and non-scheduled flights Dealing with serious issues that affect the airline, such as air traffic co
ntrol problems and adverse weather conditions. Forward planning to try to reduce disruption to the flight programs and its possible impact. Assist the pilot-in-command in flight preparation and provide the relevant information required. Assist the pilot-in-command in preparing the Operatio
nal and ATS flight plans, sign when applicable and file the ATS flight plan with the appropriate ATS unit. Planning, coordinating, and producing all loading, balance docu
mentation, ensuring the safe distribution of load within prescribed aircraft limitations, mo
nitoring the performance of the departure co
ntrol system and updating system information. Checking and mo
nitoring the planned figures of passengers, bags, cargo and mail. Issuing the docu
mentation for the complete flight handling process including loading instruction and load sheet. Furnish the pilot-in-command while in flight, by appropriate means, with information which may be necessary for the safe co
nduct of the flight. In the event of an emergency, initiate such procedures as may be outlined in the operations manual.
