DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Conducts field research and trials intended for testing new fertilizer products
Ø Literature research for new product development and improvement of existing products including design of packaging materials
Ø Responsible for the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers and other advertisement materials
Ø Responsible for the conduct of technical updates for the marketing personnel including Agronomists and Field Research Assistants
Ø Liaises and coordinate with research institutions and agencies for collaborative scientific activities like field trials on rice and corn
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø College graduate with a degree in Agriculture (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Ø Must have effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Ø Must be proficient in MS Office Applications;
Ø Must be creative and resourceful
Ø Must be physically fit and willing to travel
Ø Has driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
