Job Responsibilities:
Innovate and develop food products with unique recipes for dine-in & virtual menu and for Sushi Bar (Sushi, Sashimi, "Takoyaki").Plan, organize, and direct new product/process development projects from initiation till realization in production which include ideation, product trials, actual production monitoring, inter-department communication, and meeting customers to understand their requirements.Work closely with Finance in providing pricing to customerWork together with Marketing on providing the pricing to the customer at the best valueLead cross-functio
nal teams in the technical aspects of product development through investigation, planning, execution, e
