Job Responsibilities:

Innovate and develop food products with unique recipes for dine-in & virtual menu and for Sushi Bar (Sushi, Sashimi, "Takoyaki").Plan, organize, and direct new product/process development projects from initiation till realization in production which include ideation, product trials, actual production monitoring, inter-department communication, and meeting customers to understand their requirements.Work closely with Finance in providing pricing to customerWork together with Marketing on providing the pricing to the customer at the best valueLead cross-functional teams in the technical aspects of product development through investigation, planning, execution, evaluation of product/process improvement, and troubleshootingUnderstand the financial implication on formulation and process and ensure savingsLead material substitution and localizations.

The job seeks:

A Bachelors Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or CulinaryWith at least 2-3 years of working experience in product/process improvement and food manufacturing environmentWorked in a Japanese restaurant handling multiple stations of Japanese cuisine or in American and European restaurant concepts.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.Creative and strong will in sourcing materials for R&D needsVery strict in upholding the standard food quality across each brandHighly analytical, organized, and systematicAble to work in a fast-paced working environmentAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
