The Reporting Analyst will provide support to a team that delivers market insights that help our large organization stay close to its customers. In this role you will create, as well as enhance, existing dashboards that are key for driving performance. The focus is on continuous reporting that enable business colleagues to quickly understand business performance.
He/she will also provide support on one-off projects. He/she will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
• Extensive experience developing clear and visual reports for business
• Experience of HTML, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS, JQuery.
• Able to code proficiently in key programming languages. Knowledge of python and/or R preferred.
• Knowledge of survey software (/confirm/iIT/Forsta and Reportal particularly advantageous).
• Experience or knowledge of data manipulation techniques.
• Hard working, methodical with strong attention to detail.
Technical Competencies:
• Highly numerical. Comfortable analyzing large and complicated data sets. Has good knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL). Able to identify interesting patterns in data sets and drive insight from data.
• Knowledge of applications such as Knime, SPSS advantageous.
• Knowledge of visualization applications such as Tableau a plus.
• Experience working with data visualization tools e.g Tableau/ PowerBI or equivalent
• Experience working with and visualizing survey/ market research data
