Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the production of day-to-day operational metrics, performance indicators, and reports/dashboards for assigned business work stream(s). It is also responsible for providing business partners with key insights and analytics as to their operational performance against strategic deliverables and/or targets. This position will also be responsible for presenting operational performance data to executive leadership.
Accountabilities:
Create and updat
e reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support Global Operations leveraging ExcelCreate and maintain dashboards for Global Operations and Executive Leadership leveraging current enterprise data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)Respond to internal queries regarding data co
ntained in reports within agreed-upon service levels for timeliness and qualityTroubleshoot issues with reports and partner with relevant teams to resolve data and technical issuesRespond to ad-hoc data requests by reviewing the data requests to identify and understand the information needed, pulling the data efficiently from data sources across multiple platforms, and providing data back to the requestor in a user-friendly displayDevelop and deliver executive presentations reviewing the operatio
nal performance of the assigned workstreamProvide statistical and data analysis to support the assigned workstreamPerform peer quality reviews by checking data and reports for accuracy with extreme attention to detailsMo

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder/ college graduate, any course Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a reporting/analytics roleLean Six Sigma or RPA/BPM experience preferred, but not required Comprehensive understanding of editorial or customer operations data and associated business processesProven analytical, quantitative and deductive reaso
