KEY RESULT AREA
New Product Development, Modification and Re-engineering
· Assists in the development of new products and products for modification or re-engineering
· Assist in validating and testing recipes for standardization
· Responsible for technical documentation and Food Cost analysis
· Assists in scaling up recipes for store and commissary production
· Assist in the development of store procedures for new products
Assists in developing standard operating procedure for product processing at Commissary.
Raw Materials and Finished Goods Analysis and Specifications
· Works with purchasing to test alternative raw materials based on product specification and submits report within required timeline.
· Performs inspection and analysis of new raw materials to ensure adherence and consistency to agreed specifications with suppliers.
· Assists in developing and maintaining product specifications and standard operating procedure for product formulation and processing.
· Conducts validation of specifications established for raw materials and finished goods in Commissary.
· Conducts sensory evaluation and basic shelf-life tests of finished products, new products, new materials, and re-engineered products.
Creates and maintains all written specifications.
GMP AUDIT
· Responsible for Quality Audit of Commissary and store kitchen-food system ensuring that finished products meet the set standards
· Assists in supplier/manufacturer GMP audit, as assigned

In 2014, Happyfoods Group opened Soban K-Town Grill, featuring Korean BBQ with a twist, such as Samgyupsal and Beef Belly for the younger generation. It has grown into 9 stores in Eastwood Mall, Alabang, Greenbelt, Robinsons Place Manila, SM City North EDSA, One Bonifacio High Street and SM Megamall.
In 2017, Happyfoods Group opened Sibyullee, an unlimited Korean BBQ concept in Ayala Malls the 30th.
